Our Human Resources Team is made up of 16 staff members and this position reports directly to our Chief Talent Officer. The Human Resources Manager performs a full range of advanced professional human resources duties in various functional areas such as classification/position management, compensation salary administration, organizational design, HRIS, payroll processing, performance management, employee engagement, labor relations, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a public agency, be familiar with conducting investigations for Police and Fire departments and possess prior labor relations experience.
